Ein neues patentiertes Lichtkonzept mit statischen Eigenschaften als logische Weiterentwicklung der 1987 erfundenen Soffitten-Lichttechnik. Eine Rohrleuchte vereint Zugkraefte mit Lichttechnik. Architekten und Planer koennen jetzt mit "Licht konstruieren" und durch hybride Konstruktionen Tragwerke und deren Beleuchtung miteinander verknuepfen. Das setzt neue Massstaebe in der Architektur. Das neue Patent ermoeglicht die Verbindung von statischem Element und Lichtkomponenten in einem Modul. Die Aufnahme auch von grossen Lasten kombiniert mit verschiedensten Lichtkomponenten (auch LED) bietet Architekten, Planern und Designern neue Moeglichkeiten in der Architektur, im Shopdesign und im Messebau. Ein zertifiziertes Zugsystem mit 40 Standardgroessen bis zu 1000 t Belastung steht zur Verfuegung. Es bildet das statische Grundkonzept. Die Lichtkomponenten werden in UV- bestaendigem Acrylrohr (Schutzklasse IP 64, hitzebestaendig bis 130°) angeordnet und sind mit einer innenliegenden Kabelfuehrung versehen. Das Lichtrohr kann mit Reflektoren ausgestattet werden, sodass wahlweise gerichtetes und diffuses Licht einsetzbar ist. Aber auch dynamische Komponenten zur Orientierung und als Blickfang (Multi-funktionslicht) sind moeglich. |

Die Patente wurden im Februar 2006 erteilt. Anfragen zur Realisierung von Referenzprojekten sind erwuenscht. English information: New in 2006 was the creation of a new company specialises in making lightweight lighting structures. To achieve this "Static Light Tubes" uses the 2006 patented architectural lighting system from 1998 that combines structure and light in one unit. World premiere at the "Light & Building" Fair in Frankfurt 2006 was the presentation of the first LED-controlled constructive “tensegrity” light sculpture by the new company planned from structural engineer Georg Metejko. Digital lighting technology was combinated with light art and architecture elements. "Static Light Tubes" realises visions and sketches future projects with a team of architects, designers and technicians. Their goals are developments of innovative architectural projects and lighting designs, such as “light-structure® ”, developed together with Lars Meeß-Olsohn. "Static Light Tubes" exhibits at one of the world's most important contemporary design exhibitions "100%DESIGN" with Contemporary Interior Design and Contemporary and Architectural Lighting Design in London September 2006 supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy of the German state North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). During the Light+Building fair 2004 in Frankfurt, Ruhrform, the international manufacturer of innovative lighting systems and design lights, presented a new patented light with structural qualities. "Static Lights" combines tension and compression power with lighting componants to bring a new structural element to architectural design. The new patent of Ruhrform granted in February 2006 and allows a combination of structural elements and lighting components in one single module. The ability to handle even heavy loads in combination with a range different lighting components creates new possibilities for architects and lighting designers in architecture, shop and fair design. A certified tension and compression system with 40 standard sizes up to 1000t load is available. All lighting components and cabling are securely located within the UV resistant acrylic tube, (rated at IP64 and 130°C). Various lighting options include accent and diffused lighting, with or without reflectors. Multifunctional light sources and controls allow for eyecatching visual effects.
